Lynn Sum LLB(China)

Brief Description of Experiences:
Lynn obtained her first law education in Zhejiang Gongshang University (China), then continued her further law education and gained the J.M Degree in East China University of Political Science and Law.
Prior to joining in this law firm, Lynn had worked for one and half years as a legal support and counsel in a foreign company in Dubai which handles business process services and counsel. During that period of time,she received training in business, investment,marketing and labor output.
In our team, Lynn specializes in Information Technology, foreign direct investment, business related issues and labor law matters.
Lynn is fluent in both English and Mandarin, dip in French.

Ice graduated from Zhejiang University majoring in General Law. Before joining us, she gained rich experience in Litigation area including contract, foreign business in China. Then she worked for a Dubai service company as customer service supervisor handling dispute solutions.
In our team, Ice specializes in litigation matters, direct investment and merge and acquisition.
Ice is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Michael Yu B.A(China)
specialties: International Business, transaction and English language.
Brief Description of Experiences:
Michael obtained his B.A degree(English language and literature ) from Zhejiang University in 2004.
Before joining us, he had been doing International business in Middle East and Asia.He was familiar with the marketing and business regulations.
In our team, Michael specializes in business related issues, marketing support and English language support.
Michael is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese.
